Hosting and delivery of the website
This website is provided via Cloudflare Pages by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). This data is required to deliver the website, ensure its security and defend against attacks. We do not analyse it for marketing purposes.
Cookies and consent
On your first visit, we ask which cookies we may use. The only necessary storage is saving your choice in your browser (local storage). We set cookies for “Performance and analytics” and “Advertising” only if you consent. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. Withdrawal applies to the future.
Google Analytics
Only if you consent to the “Performance and analytics” category do we use Google Analytics 4 by Google Ireland Limited (Ireland) or Google LLC (USA). Google Analytics records how visitors use the website, for example pages visited, time spent, approximate location and device used. IP addresses are not stored. If you contact us via the form, we process your details (first name, last name, email address and, if provided, telephone number, company, meeting format, preferred date, preferred time and message) as well as the page from which you submitted the form, in order to respond to your enquiry and prepare an initial consultation. The details are transferred directly to our customer relationship system Pipedrive, operated by Pipedrive OÜ (Estonia, EU), and stored there as an enquiry. Pipedrive processes the data on our behalf. In addition, your details are delivered to us by email via the Web3Forms service (USA) so that no enquiry is lost; according to Web3Forms, it does not store submissions. To protect against abusive requests, we use Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile uses technical characteristics of your browser and your IP address to check whether the request comes from a human. This data is used solely for this check.

With the Digital Governance Check, you can use ten questions to assess how your board of directors steers digital topics. Your answers are only transmitted once you submit the form at the end. The evaluation takes place on our server; I send it to you personally by email. No result is displayed or stored on the website. For this purpose, we process your name, your email address, your company or board if provided, your answers, and the time, language and version of your consent. The legal basis is your consent, which you actively give by ticking the checkbox. You can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future, for example by email to the address given above. Your contact details, the total score, the level, the points per topic, the greatest lever and the draft of the results email are stored in our customer relationship system Pipedrive. Your details and answers are also delivered to us by email via the Web3Forms service (USA); according to its own information, Web3Forms does not store submissions. To protect against abusive requests, we also use Cloudflare Turnstile here. We retain this information for as long as necessary to make contact and generally delete it after two years at the latest, unless a collaboration results from it.
